Create a new webhook subscription to receive real-time signal notifications. The response includes a signing_secret that is shown only once — store it securely.
By default, newly created subscriptions trigger a backfill of recent matching signals (backfill: true, up to backfill_count signals).
All webhook management endpoints are free (no credit cost). Credits are consumed on delivery.
