Available filter values for buyer-intent contacts

GET https://signals.autobound.ai/v1/buyer-intent/filters

Returns the valid enum values for seniority, department, revenue
buckets, employee-count buckets, countries, and industries accepted by
POST /v1/buyer-intent/contacts.

This is the buyer-intent-shaped alias of GET /v1/filters, which
covers every endpoint's entity filters with match semantics.
