Find contacts showing buyer intent

Given one or more topic IDs (from /v1/buyer-intent/topics), returns
enriched contacts at companies showing intent for those topics.
Results include contact details, company firmographics, and matched
filter values.

Uses cursor-based keyset pagination. Pass next_cursor from a
previous response as cursor to fetch the next page.

Credit cost: 1 per contact returned.
