Add 1–100 records to your signal monitoring pool. Each record is one
entity (company or contact) plus one signal_type; a contact monitored
across 3 signal types is 3 records.

All-or-nothing validation: if any record fails validation, the
entire batch is rejected and nothing is added.

Credit cost: 10 credits per net-new record. Duplicates (already in
your pool) and validation-rejected records are free. If you can't afford
the net-new records the whole batch is rejected and you are charged
nothing.
